During pregnancy the body goes through many changes in preparation for giving birth. Massage is a wonderful way to deal with these changes and bring about a feeling of calm and well-being.

- Ease muscular tension & increase muscular tone
- Increase lymph circulation, helping with swollen ankles & feet and the removal of toxins
- Increase blood circulation, bringing more oxygen & nutrients to the cells of both mum & baby, giving better nourishment to baby & increasing mum’s energy levels.
I also offer workshops and one-to-one sessions to show fathers/birthing partners massage techniques which can be really beneficial physically and emotionally. As well as helping with relaxation and physical comfort, massage is a wonderful way for partner’s to nurture and contribute during pregnancy.
